Directions
From Queens/Long Island: Belt Parkway West to Exit 4— 14th Avenue/Bay 8th Street. Go to 1st traffic light— Make right onto Cropsey Avenue. Take Cropsey Avenue to 17th Avenue (3rd traffic light). Make left onto 17th Avenue. Take 17th Avenue to 84th Street (4th traffic light). Make right onto 84th Street. Take 84th Street two blocks. Holy Family Home is located on right side of street, just before elevated trains.

From Manhattan/Downtown Brooklyn: Take Brooklyn Queens Expressway towards Verrazano Bridge. Follow signs towards Verrazano Bridge (stay towards your right at all times). Exit at 86th Street. Make a left onto 86th Street. Take 86th Street to 17th Avenue (11th traffic light). Make a left onto 17th Avenue.Take 17th Avenue to 84th Street (1st traffic light). Make right onto 84th Street. Take 84th Street two blocks. Holy Family Home is located on right side of street, just before elevated trains.

From Staten Island/New Jersey Take Staten Island Expressway towards Verrazano Bridge. Go over Verrazano Bridge. Exit at either Belt Parkway (follow directions from Long Island above) or Exit at 92nd Street. Take service road to 86th Street (2nd traffic light). Make right onto 86th Street. Take 86th Street to 17th Avenue (11th traffic light). Make a left onto 17th Avenue. Take 17th Avenue to 84th Street (1st traffic light). Make Right onto 84th Street. Take 84th Street two blocks. Holy Family Home is located on right hand side of street, just before elevated trains.

Parking
Limited parking is available on the grounds; street parking is also available. Municipal Parking lot available 2 blocks away on 86th Street between 17th and 18th Avenues.

Dining
No cafeteria on premises. If visitors wish to eat with resident for a nominal fee, contact Dietary Supervisor 1 hour before meal. Restaurants, diners and pizzerias available on 86th Street and 18th Avenue.
