Dr. Fleiss is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgeons. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, American College of Surgeons, Arthroscopy Association of North America, and the American Academy of Sports Physicians. He has authored articles that have been published in professional journals, including The Journal of Arthroscopic and Related Research and The Journal of Bone and Joint Surgery.
Dr. Fleiss earned his medical degree from the Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons. He completed a residency in orthopaedic surgery at The Hospital for Special Surgery and was a Fellow in Orthopaedic Trauma at St. Vincent's Hospital Manhattan.
