Talksafe: HIV Primary Prevention Funded by the New York City Department of Health, Talksafe provides outreach, risk reduction counseling and referrals to gay and bisexual men in the community who are HIV negative or untested. Women's Prevention Program Funded by the New York State Department of Health, the Women's Prevention Program is a collaborative effort between the AIDS Service Center, The Community HealthCare Network and St. Vincent's to provide HIV prevention education, outreach, HIV testing and counseling and access to care to women of color within Manhattan.
