HIV Prevention

 

Talksafe: HIV Primary Prevention
Funded by the New York City Department of Health, Talksafe provides outreach, risk reduction counseling and referrals to gay and bisexual men in the community who are HIV negative or untested. In addition, the program offers HIV secondary prevention to individuals who are HIV+. Also funded by the New York City Department of Health, we target HIV + individuals as well as siro-discordant couples with risk prevention counseling.  These services are also provided free of charge. Please call 212-604-1500 for more information.

Women's Prevention Program
Funded by the New York State Department of Health, the Women's Prevention Program is a collaborative effort between the AIDS Service Center, The Community HealthCare Network and St. Vincent's to provide HIV prevention education, outreach, HIV testing and counseling and access to care to women of color within Manhattan.
