Description   In 2002, PHASE I of the study assessed the safety of MRE0094 when applied topically for 28 days to chronic, neuropathic, diabetic foot ulcers. In 2006, PHASE II aims to assess the efficacy of MRE0094 gel compared to a vehicle gel and standard care on complete healing of chronic, diabetic, neuropathic, foot ulcers when applied for up to 90 days.
