Are you or someone you love dealing with advanced disease?  It's about how you live.

At Pax Christi Hospice, we coordinate care where the patient resides.  Hospice fosters a different way of participating in family life.  You are in control of your health care.  You can decide to leave the program, and there are always opportunities for hope.  Remission of the disease can occur and people are discharged.
