Established in 1993, St. Elizabeth Ann's Health Care & Rehabilitation Center is one of the largest and most skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers on Staten Island. But we are more than a local nursing facility. We are a series of specialized centers for nursing care. Our high quality services are sought by families and health care agencies throughout the region.

We accept Medicare and Medicaid and private insurers with long term care coverage. St. Elizabeth Ann's participates in the following managed care plans: Oxford, Blue Cross, A/USHC, HIP, CIGNA; GHI; USFHP and Self-Pay. Each case reviewed on individual basis to determine if contract can be developed with an out-of-network provider.
