Laying the cornerstone of the Coleman Building, with Mayor Ed Koch and Terence Cardinal Cooke.  It commemorated St. Vincent's 135th Anniversary, and was named after the great Wall Street leader and philanthropist, John A. Coleman, who served as Chairman of St. Vincent's Advisory Board for more than 20 years.
