The deadline for
applications is January 15.

Applicants must
have graduated from medical school within the past 2 years.

USMLE scores are
considered individually, but the following may be helpful:

Candidates who
have failed any Step on multiple occasions will usually not be
considered.

Candidates
generally must have a score in the 80th percentile or
greater.

It is
advantageous to have scores for Step 1 and 2 available by late
January.

If your medical
school requires that you pass Step 2 in order to graduate, that score must be
available prior to the deadline for NRMP ranking.

Step 2 CS is
required if the candidate's medical school requires it.

Transcript and
Dean's letter are very important for ranking, but may not be necessary for an
invitation to interview.

VISA's are
generally not supported by the Department of Medicine.

Interviews are
held in November, December and January.

Interviews are
arranged by e-mail invitation only.

Observerships
are generally not offered.
