The language law has been enacted to improve your access to health care and protect you from medical harm because you may be unable to communicate with tyour doctor or other health professional. We do not share information with immigration officials.

The financial assistance law has been enacted to improve your access to health care. If you have limited income and do not have health insurance, or cannot afford your deductibles or co-pays, you have a right to apply for financial assistance to reduce your hospital bill.
