Program Schedule

The training program fosters graded responsibility proportionate to the ability and level of training of each resident. The senior residents are actively engaged in directing patient care as well as teaching and refining the skills of the junior members of the team.  Supervision is provided directly by Attending Physicians on all rotations.  In the Medical Intensive Care Unit and Coronary Care Unit, a fellow is in-house 24 hours, 7 days a week for emergent situations.
