Mission Statement:
The Friends of the New St. Vincent's Hospital is a coalition of supporters who live and work on the West Side and others across the city and state who recognize St. Vincent's tremendous, long-standing record of offering the best treatment to its patients and its need to enhance its facilities to continue providing that same kind of quality care. Further, we applaud St. Vincent's efforts to work hand in hand with the community in order to build the best new hospital possible while staying true to the neighborhood that this historic institution has inhabited for more than 150 years.

The Friends
Coalition members have either used the hospital for the tremendous emergency and specialty care it provides, or simply recognize that a new state-of-the-art St. Vincent's is necessary to ensure that it continues to be a valuable health resource for them and their neighbors for the next century.
