Position Description :
|
Assists with the supervision, direction and evaluation of clinical staff within the department. Ensures the provision of high quality opioid treatment services to patient/families/significant others. Facilitates staff's ability to work collaboratively with other hospital disciplines and community agencies.
Participates with the Clinical Director in developing and maintaining policies and procedures to meet opioid treatment job requirements including standards mandated by government agencies and professional standard setting groups, including those established by OASAS, SAMHSA, FDA, DEA and NIDA. Assists with the clinic's Performance Improvement Program and participates with the ClinicDirector in the administration of the clinic's budget.
Master's degree in Psychology, Sociology or related health field required.
