Position Description :
|
St. Elizabeth Ann's Health Care and Rehabilitation Center is a 300-bed high technology nursing and rehabilitation center located minutes from the Verrazano Bridge in Staten Island. It offers geriatric care; chronic care, sub acute care and short term care to a diverse resident population.
As a member of the team your role will be to provide direct and indirect care as assigned and as appropriate to the ages of the residents served and areas of clinical practice. Responsible for taking and recording vital signs, assist residents with hygienic and clothing needs. Assist in observation, transportation and other activities with residents. Participates in all resident care services as directed by supervisor in accordance with in-service training.
NYS Nursing Assistant certification and HS diploma required.
