Position Description :
|
St. Elizabeth Ann's Health Care and Rehabilitation Center is a 300-bed high technology nursing and rehabilitation center located minutes from the Verrazano Bridge in Staten Island. It offers geriatric care; chronic care, sub acute care and short term care to a diverse resident population. As a member of the team your role will be to Provide safe, efficient and therapeutically effective nursing care, assists in patient education, triage, case and management duties under the direction of a Registered Nurse or Licensed Physician. Must be a graduate of a State Board of Nursing Approved Licensed Practical Nursing program. Current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse in New York State required.
