Position Description :
|
Uses the Nursing Process to plan, implement, direct, and evaluate patient care to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Works collaboratively with all other disciplines on assigned unit.
All Per Diem RN's must have 2 years Behavioral Health experience.
One year of acute hospital experience preferred for specialty areas, e.g. Critical Care, Emergency Department, ASU, PAR, L & D, NICU.
1. Current Registration in New York State as an RN, NY permit, license pending
2. BLS
3. Advance Life Support in Specialty Area as required, e.g. Critical Care, Emergency, PAR, within 6 months of employment
