Position Description :

The Residential Case Manager is responsible for providing a variety of case management and housing-related services to residential clients to facilitate their adjustment to and integration into the residence and into the community.
Associate Degree or 60 College Credits required, Bachelors Degree preferred. Candidate should have experience working with individuals with mental illness.
