Position Description :
|
The Residential Case Manager is responsible for providing a variety of case management and housing-related services to residential clients to facilitate their adjustment to and integration into the residence and into the community.
At least one year mental health experience with target population; experience in case management and /or residential program required.
Valid NYS Drivers License Required.
Minimum of 60 college credits or Associates Degree required.
BA/BS degree preferred.
Position located in Staten Island, NY.
