Position Description :
|
Bishop Mugavero Center for Geriatric care is a state of the art 288 bed long-term care facility located in the historic Boerum Hill section of Brooklyn. The facility offers each resident an array of services including on site dental, radiology, rehabilitation therapy, social work services, pastoral care and beauty parlor. Sub acute programs include wound care, IV therapy, activity programs for the cognitively impaired and dysphasia program. An interdisciplinary team oversees the care and well being of each resident to ensure they are provided the highest quality of care.
As an RN your role will be to Provide and coordinate the delivery of effective and holistic patient care. Utilizes the nursing process to plan, implement, direct and evaluate patient care to achieve patient outcomes. Participates in interdisciplinary patient care activities. Collaborates with all healthcare workers in the delivery of patient care. Current NY State RN license required.
