Hand Surgery

Dr. Roger is board a certificant of Added Qualifications in Surgery of the hand and board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery.

After earning his medical degree at Mt. Sinai School of Medicine in 1980. Dr. Roger did a General Surgery Internship at Baylor University Medical Center, in Dallas, Texas from 1980 to 1981. He then did a General Surgery Residency at Staten Island Hospital, Staten Island, NY ifrom 1981-1984, and completed his residency at the Catholic Medical Center of Brooklyn and Queens in Jamaica, NY in 1985.  Dr. Roger subsequently completed a Plastic Surgery Residency at the Abany Medical Center in Albany, New York.
