Why did I receive a bill when I have insurance?

If we have your insurance information in our billing system when you receive your services, we will bill your insurer directly. If we do not have the information, or it is incomplete or inaccurate, we may not be able to bill your insurance carrier until that information is completed or updated. Furthermore, we will not bill your insurance if it is determined that you do not have benefits that apply to the care that you received.
