SVCMC Home Health provides skilled nursing and rehabilitative services to thousands of New Yorkers in every stage of life and where they feel most comfortable — in their own homes
The Home Care Division of Saint Vincent Catholic Medical Centers is responsible for over 700,000 visits annually and serves all five boroughs of New York City as well as Nassau and Suffolk Counties.
All our home care programs are licensed by the New York State Department of Health; accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations; and approved for participation in the Medicare and Medicaid Programs.

Pax Christi Hospice, a non-profit organization supported in part by private contributions, serves residents of Staten Island. The hospice team works in conjunction with patients' physicians to care for patients with advanced diseases in their own homes.
