The range of services offered includes skilled nursing, physical, occupational and speech therapy, home health aides, social work support, and assistance in accessing other resources including medical equipment and supplies.
We offer home-based infusion therapy, skin and wound care, and home care for heart disease, diabetes, asthma, orthopedics and neoplastic problems throughout all the boroughs of New York. Our Staten Island branch office also offers maternal and child health home care and early intervention services for children, from birth through three years of age, who are at risk for or who demonstrate signs of a developmental delay.
We serve all the boroughs of New York as well as Nassau and Suffolk Counties.
