From New Jersey: 
From the George Washington Bridge: Head south on the Henry Hudson Parkway to West 23rd Street. Turn left on West 23rd Street and proceed east to Seventh Avenue. Turn right on Seventh Avenue and head downtown to West 12th Street.

From the Lincoln Tunnel:
Upon exiting, stay to the right, watching for the West 30th Street sign. Continue along the passageway to West 30th Street and make a right onto Ninth Avenue. Turn left on West 23rd Street and proceed east to Seventh Avenue. Turn right on Seventh Avenue and head downtown to West 12th Street.

From the Holland Tunnel:
Upon exiting, follow the signs for "Uptown-Second Right," the exit that places you on northbound Hudson Street. Take Hudson Street to West 12th Street where you will turn right. Continue on West 12th Street; the hospital is on Seventh Avenue.

From Westchester and the Bronx:
Head south on the Henry Hudson Parkway to West 23rd Street. Turn left on West 23rd Street and proceed east to Seventh Avenue and head downtown to west 12th Street.

From Staten Island:
Take the Verrazano-Narrows Bridge to the Brooklyn Queens Expressway. Continue to the Brooklyn Battery Tunnel. Follow roadway to West Street and make a right turn. Continue on West Street to West 12th Street. Make a right turn onto West 12th Street and continue to Seventh Avenue.

From Brooklyn:
Take the Brooklyn Queens Expressway. Continue to the Brooklyn Battery tunnel. Follow roadway to West Street and make a right turn. Continue on West Street to West 12th Street. Make a right turn onto West 12th Street and continue to Seventh Avenue.

From Queens:
Take the Long Island Expressway Westbound to the Queens Midtown Tunnel, Exit Midtown Tunnel and travel south on Second Avenue to 14th Street, then make a right and continue to Seventh Avenue. Make a left onto Seventh Avenue, and another left onto West 12th Street.
