Our curriculum follows the guidelines recommended and required by the ACGME. Internal medicine, family practice, obstetrics and gynecology and dental residents rotate through our program on a monthly basis, and they attend all our conferences. In addition to residents, we also teach Ross medical and physician assistant students. We are dedicated to delivering continuity of care to our patients from primary care in our clinics through inpatient hospital, nursing home and home care. To acquire the administrative skills necessary for a medical director, our fellows are exposed to a very well run nursing home. They learn public speaking by participating within our community and visiting senior centers, and we encourage them to attend annual geriatrics society meetings where our abstracts have routinely been presented.
