- Flu Shots
Available in the fall. A registered nurse will dispense the influenza vaccine at your workplace. Your employees will be protected from the flu all season.

Cholesterol Screening
A quick fingerstick test determines the participants's blood cholesterol number, along with an assessment of other risk factors for heat disease.

Blood Pressure Screening
Our health professional provides systolic and diastolic blood pressure numbers that employees need to protect themselves against stroke, the silent killer.

Body Composition Screening
Health care professionals perform a non-invasive test using the participant's bicep to measure body fat. They compare individual results to that person't recommended range and offer appropriate fitness advice.

Healthy Cooking Demonstrations and Tastings
Healthy, seasonal dishes are presented for sampling, with recipe and preparation. We emphasize the role of vegetables in a healthy diet, with the use of locally grown, seasonal ingredients--an eye-opener to how easy it is to prepare healthy, delicious and economical dishes.

Individualized Health Risk Analysis Reports
Participants complete a brief survey and receive a personalized computer generated analysis, including recommendations for improving one's risk. Choose from one of the following: Health Age, Heart Health, Nutrition, or Stress.

Food Smarts for Weight Control
A registered dietitian facilitates a series of classes to provide tools for weight loss and lifestyle changes necessary to achieve and maintain a healthy weight. Eight week program.

Smoking Cessation Groups
Stopping smoking is acknowledged as the most important step a person can take to ward off the risk of serious disease and death. Our workshops and support groups are based on American Cancer Society's Fresh Start curriculum, and current research in nicotine dependence treatment.
Stress Reduction and Wellness Services
St. Vincent's Mind/Body/Spirit Program. The connection between the mind, spirit, and body has been acknowledged by scientists. Reduce stress and enhance employee productivity with seminars and holistic therapy offerings customized to the specific needs of your employees and workplace. Services include massage, reflexology, breathing, guided imagery, medidtation, yoga and ear acupuncture.
