The Interdisciplinary Palliative Care Team at St. Vincent's Hospital Manhattan is a group of caring professionals devoted to achieving the best possible quality of life for patients and families throughout the course of a life-threatening illness. Our experienced team includes two physicians, a clinical nurse specialist, a nurse practitioner, a pastoral counselor, and a music therapist. Together we make a comprehensive assessment and plan for managing the physical, psychological, social, and spiritual needs of patients and their families.
