St. Elizabeth Ann's Center for Short Term Rehabilitation delivers skilled rehabilitation services for people of all ages. We help you gain strength, enhance your quality of life and return home as quickly as possible.
Our specialized teams also work with people who have had a stroke, neurological impairment, or are recovering after a lengthy illness before returning home.
All residents have access to full-time physicians and those requiring ventilator care have access to full-time respiratory therapists as well.
The needs of each resident are unique and our rehabilitation team develops individualized plans of care to meet those needs. Most residents receive an average of one-to-three hours of rehabilitation daily, which can include physical, occupational and speech therapy. Discharged residents may continue their rehabilitative care at home through Saint Vincent's Home Health Agency.
