 Comprehensive Care for Seniors
St. Vincent's offers a vast array of medical and social services for geriatric patients as well as support for their caregivers. As a recognized leader in geriatric medicine, the hospital has long been at the forefront of developing innovative services for seniors as well as for those who care for them. To provide coordinated, high quality care to older patients both in our facilities and within the community, our interdisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, social workers, dieticians, rehabilitation therapists and other professionals have created an exceptional program of patient-centered services. The result of this effort is that we provide a highly supportive healing environment for geriatric patients, their families and caregivers both in and outside the hospital.
