St. Vincent's patient representatives are your personal advocates and are available Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Please feel free to call upon them. They are here to assist you and your family with any special needs, concerns, or problems. A patient representative can be reached through the page operator at 604-7011.

Interpreter Services St. Vincent's diverse staff can speak many foreign languages, and the hospital maintains both an extensive language bank and access to the AT&T Language Line. This gives our patients and staff access to interpreter services for virtually any language. We also offer sign language services for deaf and hearing-impaired patients at no charge.
