St. Vincent’s Westchester Latino Treatment Service offers psychological help to the Hispanic population of Westchester County and the New York metropolitan area. Services are in Spanish and are based on our understanding that culture is an important factor that contributes to a person’s well-being.
The Latino Treatment Service treats Hispanic individuals and families who are experiencing difficulties that are affecting their mental health or are the result of problems with drugs. We offer treatment for problems with anxiety, depression, family problems and the feelings of insecurity caused by difficulties integrating into a new culture.
All of the clinical and nonclinical staff in the Latino Treatment Service are bilingual and bicultural. We offer services that include ambulatory treatment for individuals and families, as well as the possibility of hospital treatment in more severe cases. Outpatient services are available at an office in downtown White Plains.
